Zezão – ZIPPER GALERIA (Sao Paulo)

In addition to the World Cup, the art scene continues as normal in Sao Paulo.. and while I will be preparing myself to watch England v Italy, the opening of Zezão’s first solo show at Zipper Galeria will be taking place. Good news for Italy and England fans alike is that the show will be available to see until well beyond the end of the World Cup.

I have written plenty already about Zezão in this blog, so if you don’t know who he is, then check out the previous posts about him which are listed at the end. For those familiar, this will be his first exhibition in Sao Paulo since a group show at MASP in 2009. He has however been exhibiting across Europe and in Rio de Janeiro lately, and judging from the most recent entries on his Facebook and Instagram, his style has not changed a whole lot. He is still sticking by his trademark blue ‘flops’.

The Opening is this Saturday (June 14th) at Midday.

WHEN: Opening Saturday June 14, 12 -18H. Afterwards, Mon – Fri 10H-19H, Saturdays 11 – 17H. Until August 9, 2014.
