A bit late for the opening night, but still plenty of time to get along and see this exhibition by one of Sao Paulo’s best street artists Alex Hornest, or Onesto. This one looks into issues of inequality and sub-standard conditions which still exist in cities across the globe. The exhibition features a number of large scale diptychs using his familiar characters in scenes which reflect the sub-human conditions people still face in their daily lives.
The exhibition is entitled “RESÍDUOS DO PASSADO” which translates as residues of the past..
